No Returns for Change of Mind

Since all our products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Not liking the design

Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged (tears, stains, print errors)

  • The item is defective (wrong item sent, major printing flaws)

  • The item is incorrect (you ordered A, received B)

Reporting Issues

You must report any issues within 3 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item

  • Clear description of the issue

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement – We'll print and ship a new item at no cost

  • Refund – Full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping charges)

Non-Qualifying Issues

We cannot accept claims for:

  • Minor print variations (normal in POD)

  • Slight color differences due to monitor settings

  • Damage caused by improper washing or wear

  • Items marked as delivered but lost/stolen

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Do not return items without prior approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • After that, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.
