No Returns for Change of Mind
Since all our products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind
-
Buyer's remorse
-
Not liking the design
Damaged or Defective Items
We only accept returns if:

The item arrives damaged (tears, stains, print errors)

The item is defective (wrong item sent, major printing flaws)

The item is incorrect (you ordered A, received B)
Reporting Issues
You must report any issues within 3 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged/defective item

Clear description of the issue
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement – We'll print and ship a new item at no cost

Refund – Full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping charges)
Non-Qualifying Issues
We cannot accept claims for:

Minor print variations (normal in POD)

Slight color differences due to monitor settings

Damage caused by improper washing or wear

Items marked as delivered but lost/stolen
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Do not return items without prior approval.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

After that, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.
