By accessing or using TheFragger website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that you are of legal age.

Products & Descriptions

  • All products are print-on-demand and created only after you place an order.

  • We make every effort to display accurate colors and designs, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes.

  • Designs are original and inspired by gaming culture. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation or Counter-Strike.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in multiple currencies depending on the location the site has been accessed from.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal and more.

  • Payment is processed securely through third-party gateways.

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • Orders are sent to Printify for production within 1-2 business days.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they are sent to Printify.

  • After that, orders cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on TheFragger are our original property and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Site for any illegal purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

Limitation of Liability

TheFragger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
