Processing Time

• All orders are print-on-demand through Printify.

• Processing time: 2-5 business days (production + handling).

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country

• Product type and quantity

• Selected shipping method

Customs & Duties

• For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TheFragger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
